My experience

I’ve spent decades as a consultant to senior leadership teams and boards of directors, much of that as a strategic developer and a planning facilitator. I’m a very bold thinker with a growth mindset, a world class leader, capable of sheparding the pack, providing outstanding stewardship of “where we are going, and why” conversations and an all-around stand out with a “get it done” mentality.

I have been a CEO for over two decades, have led leadership teams from global organizations to startups. These experiences have provided me wide and deep knowledge and learnings about what it takes to steer a complex business with a purpose-driven approach in today’s uncertain, often chaotic and rapidly evolving marketplace.
I have over twenty -five years’ experience as a strategic planning consultant for both commercial and nonprofit clients. My work as a facilitator of strategic planning and development has spanned numerous industries including Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain, E-commerce, SaaS, Digital Technology, Energy and Utilities, PreK – 12, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals, Medical Facilities and Medical Devices, Construction and Design Build, Furniture, Sports and Sports Ventures, Insurance, Venture Capital Firms, Financial, Health and Fitness, Landscaping, Automotive, Public Transportation, and City Governments.
I am a career communications strategist and campaign manager.

  • Roughly fifty percent work for national or global businesses that have roughly 10 to 300 million (a few over in) in annual operating revenue and are growing. In addition I work with multi-national enterprises (MNEs) and often the division or functional leaders within them.
  • Thirty percent are entrepreneurs, and small businesses with operating revenue of 1 to 10 million and growing.
  • The remaining twenty percent are in the nonprofit sector: this includes institutions of higher learning, foundations, advocacy groups, associations, and issues focused coalitions.
